### Here is a TLDR:

1. The original project had 0% allocated to the treasury.
2. OG DAO members donated roughly 5M $MERTD to the cause, which is insufficient for sustainability & innovation.
3. Therefore, 50% of the tokens allocated for the treasury will be sold for $SOL.
4. This $SOL raise will get the treasury as close as possible to 50/50, weighted against the remaining $FUTURE tokens.

The last part is important; selling 50% of the Treasury allocation (75M $FUTURE) will enable us to avoid adding increased selling pressure of the native $FUTURE token. Allowing us to fund initiatives more easily. &#x20;

### Timeline

* **$MERTD TWAP Duration**: 48 Hours starting March 23rd, 2024 19:30 EST&#x20;
  * A $SOL price snapshot will be taken as the TWAP window closes
* **Pre-Sale Start**: March 25, 2024 19:30 EST
  * Runs for 7 Days
* **Pre-Sale End**: April 1st, 2024 19:30 EST
* **Airdrop**: Shortly after the Pre-Sale window closes

### Objective

To raise $SOL equal to the TWAP of $MERTD multiplied by 75M $FUTURE tokens, as shown by the formula below.

#### TWAP outcome:

* 75,000,000 (FUTURE) x 0.0017484 (TWAP MERTD) = $131,130&#x20;
* Therefore $131,130 / $190 (SOL Price) = 690 $SOL
